Aliso Viejo, Calif. (September 15, 2026) – OC Public Libraries (OCPL) is proud to present Jocelyn Ramirez, a chef, published cookbook author, New York Times recipe contributor, CPG founder at Tuyyo Foods and advocate for healthy food access in her community. She founded one of LA’s acclaimed Latin food businesses, with a mission to create delicious and healthy plant-forward food inspired by her Latine roots. Her work has been featured in several press outlets including New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, and more.
The materials or product were a result of a project funded by a contract with the California Department of Aging and administered by the Orange County Office on Aging.
