Aliso Viejo, Calif. (September 30, 2026) – OC Public Libraries is celebrating all things teen this October! All month long each of our branches will highlight teen services in the library with special programs and activities designed just for teens. We're starting it all off with our big annual TeenFest celebration on Wednesday, October 7 from 3:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. at the Aliso Viejo Library. Teens ages 12-18 can enjoy free activities, snacks, and more. The event will conclude with a talk and drawing demonstration featuring award-winning illustrator LeUyen Pham. No registration is required but early arrival is suggested.
Presentations during TeenFest 2026:
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Therapy Fluffies
Teens are invited to decompress at the library after a long day at school with a pawesome time presented by OC Animal Allies. OC Animal Allies will bring trained therapy dogs for the teens to interact with and read to.
5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. | Teen Trivia
Teens, join us for a spooky trivia session that will put your knowledge to the ultimate test!
6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. | Illustrator Talk: LeUyen Pham
Join us for a visit from acclaimed illustrator and author LeUyen Pham! LeUyen Pham is the New York Times bestselling artist of the young adult graphic novels As I Dream of You and Lunar New Year Love Story.
